The "Glacier THY-RT-I type" is a small refrigeration unit designed to economically produce large volumes of cold water. It consists of the "Ice Builder," which generates clean cold water at 1-2°C, the "Plate Cooler," which circulates the cold water to instantly cool milk, and the bulk milk tank "Bulk Cooler." The clean cold water produced by the Ice Builder circulates through the Plate Cooler, rapidly cooling the milk before it is transferred to the Bulk Cooler.
